Bayside Recovery exists to provide structure, accountability, and support for people building a foundation for long-term recovery. The goal is not simply to provide a place to stay, but to create an environment where residents can rebuild stability, develop healthy routines, and stay connected to a recovery-focused community.

Our Story
A growing recovery organization
Bayside Recovery, Inc. is the long-term parent brand for our recovery work, growing out of Bayside Sober Living II, Inc. Our active service today is sober living / recovery housing.
Our focus is simple but demanding: structure, accountability, community, and a clean, stable environment. The goal is not just to provide a place to live, but to help each resident build a strong foundation for long-term recovery and personal growth.
Over time, we plan to grow Bayside Recovery into a trusted organization serving the community through multiple levels of recovery support. Those additional service lines are future plans and are not currently active.
Our Founder
Founded by Vanessa Dozal
Bayside Recovery was founded by Vanessa Dozal, whose passion for helping individuals struggling with addiction comes from personal experience. Having witnessed the devastating impact that substance abuse can have on individuals and families—including the loss of her brother to addiction—she dedicated herself to creating a safe, supportive, and accountable environment where people can rebuild their lives. Bayside Recovery was founded on the belief that recovery is possible for anyone willing to take the necessary steps toward lasting change. Our team is committed to providing structure, encouragement, and support while helping residents build a strong foundation for long-term sobriety and success.
